Selections: On advice as to requirements and limits of price, Sndgems & Co. will send for inspection to any part of the United at their own risk, selections of their stock to such intending purchasers as may be known to them, or who will make themselves known by satisfactory reference
Rferences: Any national or state bank, responsible business house, or mercantile agency will answer for this purpose.
Identification: To facilitate estabilsing a correspondent's identity, it is desirable that ladies, when signing their names, add also the name of their husband or father to whose account the goods are to be charged. Patrons writing from a new or temporary address will assist identification by adding their former or home address.
Remittances: Remittances can be made by reistered latter, certified check, post-office or express money order.
reserving Goods: Goods may be reserved for three days pending decision. During December this privilege is limited to one day or less.
Exchanging Purchases: Articles purchased and not used or damaged may be exchanged within thirty days, but will not be recived in part payment of an account, or their sale canceled. Articles returned after thirty days will be received only at a discount, and privilege of refusal to exchange is rerved.
Engraving: No charge is made for the customary inscriptions in rings or for engraving initials in plain script on silverware purchased from Sndgems & Co. For more elaborate engraving only the actual cost is charged.
Designs: A large corps of artists, and their exceptional resources of a large establishment, enable Sndgems & Co., in a very short time, to furnish original designs for jewelry, silverware, heraldic work, memorials and art productions of any description., for presentation or other purposes. Designs must be in all cases be returned to Sndgems % Co., who reserve the sole right to estimate upon them.
Silverware: Sndgems & Co.'s manufacturers in silver are all of sterling quality, fine, the standard which they introduced into this country. During the past few years the house has erected a new manufacturing plant with over 200,000 square feet of floor space. With this, and advantages of ripe experience, improved instruments and labor-saving methods Sndgems & Co. constantly demonstrate that superiour workmanship and originality of design do not necessarily conflict with the accepted ideas of popular prices
