In order to
protect the package against possible theft, please do not write
Sndgems, jewelry, or diamonds. Sndgems can not be responsible for
return shipping losses.
The item must
be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and
undamaged. Your request will be processed after our staff inspects
and verifies the condition of the item. Damaged goods due to client
negligence will not be accepted. Special Orders, personalized or
engraved items will also not be accepted for return.
Please return
the item with all of the original materials, such as the bill of sale
and diamond certificate.
We will refund
the full cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance
charges. Please note that we can refund shipping and handling costs
only if the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be made in
the same form as the original purchase.
Returns take
approximately ten business days for us to process upon receipt of the
item (we do not issue credit every day). We do not have your credit
card and so the credit goes through our bank to your credit card
company- this takes additional 7-10 days.
