Authorization Code. Please click
here for the online return request form. Return requests can
be processed on our website. Returned items without a Return
Authorization Code as well will not be accepted. Any items received
by us after 30 days will be returned back to the sender. All original
paperwork and documents must also be included. Designer clothes and
designer handbags should be returned unused and with all original
tags. Also for security reasons, please do not write
"sndgems.com" or any other words that would identify the

Once we
receive your return item (within 30 days of shipment date and
received back date) and verify the condition of your return item (
