a refund. All original paperwork and documents must also be included.
Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in
perfect condition. Returned items without a Return Authorization Code

must call 1-800-871-1066 to receive your Return
Authorization Code. Please click
here for the online return request form. Return requests can
be processed on our website. Returned items without a Return
Authorization Code as well will not be accepted. Any items received
by us after 30 days will be returned back to the sender. All original
paperwork and documents must also be included. Also for security
reasons, please do not write "sndgems.com" or any other
words that would identify the package as containing jewelry. Please

Once we
receive your return item (within 30 days of shipment date and
received back date) and verify the condition of your return item, we
will issue a credit for your full purchase price to the same account/credit/charge
card you used to make the original purchase excluding shipping and
handling charges. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your
return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear
on your credit card statement. Please call your credit card issuer to
verify credit posting. If you still do not see the credit, please
call us at 800-871-1066. Items received as a gift will be reimbursed
by check issued within 30 days. |
